Our Original Clip Art

Our terms of use for our clip art is pretty straight forward.  If you have a questions about them, please contact us and we will clarify any issues or questionable uses.

When you purchase clip art from us, we are granting you use of the art work per our terms.  That does not mean you own the art work.  We retain any and all copyrights to said art.

The graphics can not just be repackaged and sold.  You must create something with them to change them from their original state.

You can use the clip art for printables that are for your personal use or that you sell.

THEY CAN NOT AND MUST NOT BE USED TO CREATE FREEBIES 

THAT ARE SHARED VIA GROUPS OR FORUMS.

Examples of what you can use the graphics for are hang tags, stationary, business cards, or labels.

You can use the clip art to create web sets, auction templates, MySpace templates or blog templates.

THEY MUST BE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE OR FOR SALE IN A FIXED FORMAT.

If you sell these items on the internet, please give us credit somewhere for the artwork.

This can be a simple text credit, a text link or a banner link back to our site.

If you have a web site we would love a link back to us.

Please do not take our clip art and try to mimic or copy the websets or templates that we have created or that others have created using our artwork.  That is a big no no and besides you want you graphic web designs to be unique.

WebSets and Auction Templates 

When you purchase a web set from us, we are granting you use of the web set per our terms.  That does not mean you own the graphics.  They can not be resold to another.  We use other artist's licensed art as well as our own to create our web sets and templates.  We require a link or credit on the site where these items are used.  On auction templates there is a link at the bottom of the template that complies with ebay's rules and it must stay in place and as shown.

Printables

Printables can be used for personal or commerical uses as long as the pdf file is not sold or distributed.  You can print out the art work and use it on your crafts or print it out and sell the items that you make with it.

AGAIN:Please do not redistribute any of the artwork, files or sets in collections, groups, or forums!
