Please know that any information gathered from you is only to complete the order. We do NOT share or sell your email address or personal information with anyone elseand only use that infromation to complete the order.

If you are ordering a handmade item, we normally try to ship it out with in 24 hours of receiving payment unless it is a made to order item. If there are any delays, we do email you with that information.

If you are ordering Digital Products, such as Instant Printables, Graphic Singles or ePatterns, you will receive an email (check your spam folder) with the download links after payment.  You can also log into your account after payment and click on the order.  The links for your downloadable products will be in the order details.  If you have any problems, please email us.

For customized digital items such as web sets, you will receive an email asking for the information to complete your order.  You should recieve your items within 24 hours of returning the email to us to complete.

A Note About Our Shipping Policy
On any items that are shipped, such as dolls, the cost of shipping is based on the weight and size of the item by the USPS.  I do not add any handling charges. You have the chance to choose which service you prefer at check out, ie Parcel Post, Priority Mail, ect. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me. I can not control postal rates, but do try to keep the weight of items down. Sometimes, it is unavoidable.

NOTE:

Due to a few people taking advatanage of my local pick up shipping option as a way to avoid paying shipping even though they had no intention of picking the item up, I have removed the option from the ordering process.
If you are a local customer feel free to email me and I can invoice you directly so you may pay with with a credit card and then arrange for you to pick up your items and avoid shipping charges.


At this time, We are not accepting wholesale orders. We do provide a discount on most items, such as bowl fillers, if bought in multiples. 

We DO custom graphic work if you are interested in a OOAK auction template, eBay store page, or web set! Please email us for a quote and information. I promise I don't bite!
